How far are you from the Mayo Clinic?
We’re a 10-15 minute drive northeast of downtown Rochester.
An Uber/Lyft ride costs around $12-15 from our place to downtown. There are hourly city buses that go along Viola Road on weekdays. A bike path runs along Viola Rd. and connects nearby subdivisions and neighborhoods.

Do you take pets?
Yes, all of our properties are pet friendly. A $50 pet deposit is due at check-in for non-service animals, and that is refundable after check-out as long as there is no pet-related damage or extra clean up needed. Pets should be leashed when outside to keep them safe.
What type of furnished housing do you have?
We offer two 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suites as well as one 4-bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom house. These are all fully furnished, with linens, towels, pots and pans, TVs, and household cleaning items. Password-protected wifi and smart TVs or premium cable channels for regular TVs are provided. If you run low on household items like toilet paper or dish soap, let us know and we’re happy to provide refills. The apartments are on a septic system and have well water, and share a heating/cooling system. The house has city water and sewer, and you can set your own temperature.
How do I make a reservation?
We can email you a link to an online registration form and a PayPal invoice for a non-refundable deposit of $200. This deposit is to secure your dates and block off the calendar. The $200 is deducted from your total, which is due at check-in. Deposits can be paid with debit or credit cards online.
What do I do if I don’t know my dates yet? What if my dates change?
We encourage guests to make a reservation as soon as their visit dates are known. We cannot guarantee a refund of your deposit is possible if the dates of your reservation change. If your dates change and there is no other conflict with an existing reservation, we try to accommodate the change.
